​​Professional Injectable and Vaccine Fee Schedule updates effective July 1, 2022​

​As of July 1, 2022, updates were made for our Professional Injectable and Vaccine Fee Schedule for all contracted providers. The quarterly updates reflect changes in market and average wholesale price for vaccines and injectables.

Access updated rates on the PEAR portal

Find the rate for a specific code using the Allowance Finder transaction within PEAR Practice Management (PM) on the Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal.

  • From PEAR PM, select Allowance Finder from the Transactions menu under the Provider Payment section.
  • If your organization is not yet registered for PEAR, visit our website to learn more.

Click to view a contract amendment that addresses the Consolidated Appropriations Act and No Surprises Act.
