If your account is locked when attempting to access the Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal, try these suggestions.
Entering PEAR Log-On Credentials
- Always manually enter your PEAR username and password (including temporary passwords). Please avoid copying and pasting data into these fields.
- Utilize the Forgot Password? option on the PEAR Log In screen and re-set your password or ask your PEAR Administrator to re-set your password.
Removing PEAR from Favorites
- Delete PEAR from favorites or bookmarked sites of your web browser.
- Clear your browser history.
- Log onto PEAR at https://pearprovider.com and re-save to favorites.
As a reminder, all PEAR access-related issues should be directed to your designated Organization or Location Administrator, including:
- Password reset
- Locked account – after taking the above steps!
- Access to other PEAR applications or a change to your PEAR role
- Access to view other locations within your organization
