You can perform many tasks on the three PEAR applications. Once you sign in to PEAR, you can move freely through the applications, depending on your access.

What can I do?
- Check eligibility and benefits
- Submit and search for authorizations
- Submit and search for referrals
- Submit 1500 claims and search for all claim types, including claim investigations
Analytics & Reporting
Who uses this app? PCPs and Specialists
What can I do?
- Access the Gaps in Care report to support patient care
- View value-based program reports
- Compare your performance against peers of the same specialty and identify opportunities for improvement
- View capitation and incentive payment rosters
Comprehensive Visit
Who uses this app? PCPs
What can I do?
- Print/Export Member Roster to schedule appointments with eligible patients
- Print/Export the Pre-Visit or Point of Care form to use during patient encounter
- Document a patient's visit, assessment, and treatment plan
- Review and attest to finalize CV forms (Credentialed providers only)
