Our platforms include:
- Provider News Center. This is the primary vehicle used to communicate updates from Independence via our online Partners in Health UpdateSM newsletter. You can also find quick links to communication archives, forms, Medical Policy Portal, NaviNet® web portal, and more.
- Provider section of our website. This site includes information on policies and guidelines, claims and billing resources, pharmacy forms and tools, resources for patient management, and contact information.
- Medical Policy Portal. This site is a repository of commercial and Medicare Advantage medical and claim payment policies and notifications.
- NaviNet Plan Central. Provides brief news updates, manuals, bulletins, and various provider tools such as fee schedules, policy information, and self-service requirements.
