As of November 2013 and continuing through mid-2015, IBC is in the process
of transitioning its membership to a new operating platform, generally based on
when the customer/member's contract renews.
During this transition, we will be working with you in a dual
claims-processing environment until all of our membership is migrated to the
new platform. In other words, as members are migrated, their claims will be
processed on the new platform; however, we will continue to process claims on
the current IBC platform for members who have not yet been migrated.*
We are committed to working closely with our entire provider network as we
complete this Business Transformation. We will continue to provide
comprehensive communications and tools to support our members and provider
network, both during and after the transition to the new platform.

communication archive as well as a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document.

*Behavioral health claims for HMO/POS non-migrated
members should continue to be submitted to Magellan Behavioral Health, Inc., an
independent company. Behavioral health claims for all migrated members,
including HMO/POS, should be submitted to IBC.
