For a list of changes that were made, please refer to the Revision History
page, which outlines the revision date, a brief description of the change, and
the section(s) of the manual that were impacted. The majority of changes
stemmed from our ongoing transition to a new operating platform. Also included
were updates to our policies, procedures, and programs as previously
communicated through
Partners in Health UpdateSM.
For your convenience, we've also added a printer icon at the beginning of each
section that offers you the ability to easily print each section individually.
If you do not have access to NaviNet, you can register by going to

from the top right. Paper copies of the manuals are available by submitting an
online request at or by
calling the Provider Supply Line at

Updates to the manuals are made as needed, so please be sure to check IBC
NaviNet Plan Central frequently to ensure you have the most up-to-date
information regarding our policies, procedures, and programs.
