The Provider Manual for Participating Professional
Providers (Provider Manual) has recently been
updated and is now available on the NaviNet® web
portal. Access the updated Provider Manual in the
Current Publications section of IBC NaviNet Plan
Central.
For a list of changes that were made, please refer
to the Revision History page, which outlines the
revision date, a brief description of the change, and
the section(s) of the manual that were impacted.
The majority of changes stemmed from our ongoing
transition to a new operating platform. Also included
were updates to our policies, procedures, and
programs as previously communicated through
Partners in Health UpdateSM.
For your convenience, we?ve also added a printer icon
at the beginning of each section that offers you the
ability to easily print each section individually.
If you do not have access to NaviNet, you can register
by going to NaviNet and selecting Sign Up
from the top right. Paper copies of the manuals are
available by submitting an online request or by calling the Provider
Supply Line at 1-800-858-4728.
Updates to the manuals are made as needed, so
please be sure to check IBC NaviNet Plan Central
frequently to ensure you have the most up-to-date
information regarding our policies, procedures, and
programs.
