will hear new menu options when calling 1-800-ASK-BLUE
(1-800-275-2583).
New process
When you call into our Provider Automated System, please listen carefully to
the new options. It is important you follow the new process to ensure your call
is directed to the correct area.
An outline of changes is detailed below:
Step 1. When calling, you will be greeted with
“Welcome to the Customer Service Center.”
Step 2. You will then be asked if you have a health plan
with us – say No.
Step 3. Then you will be asked if you are calling as a
Provider or Other – say Provider.
Step 4. Your call will then be routed to Provider Services
as normal.
