The program works, but your voice matters. In fact, 91 percent of SilverSneakers members report feeling healthier, but only 29 percent had their doctor recommend the program.²

At SilverSneakers.com, patients can check their eligibility, get their ID number, or find convenient locations. They can also download the SilverSneakers GO^TM app for adjustable workout programs tailored to individual fitness levels, schedule reminders for favorite activities, find convenient locations and more.
