As a follow-up to our 2019 Provider Engagement Forum on the Provider Experience, Independence conducted a survey that was open to all network providers. The survey, which took about five minutes to complete, was open for four weeks. We appreciate those who took the time to share their experience with us, and we hope that more providers will share their impressions on our next survey.
Independence is reviewing the responses to our Provider Services Call Center survey and will use feedback provided to enhance the provider experience. For those of you who provided contact information, we greatly appreciate it and we will contact you in the event we need additional information.

To continually improve your experience, it is important that we obtain feedback on a frequent basis from as many providers as possible. We are identifying areas for improvement and will implement process changes so that we can better serve the provider community.
