Based on a recent analysis, we have updated the requirements for submitting a SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) Progress Note through ePASS^® for AmeriHealth New Jersey Medicare Advantage HMO members, as well as certain commercial HMO, POS, and PPO members.

During the analysis, we found that the majority of relevant medical information was collected in the first SOAP Progress Note submission per year. Based on these findings, we changed the total eligible incentive amounts and extended the submission time frame to within 90 days of the encounter. We will continue to limit the total number of submissions to one per member, per calendar year.
