AmeriHealth New Jersey has implemented a new streamlined service model to better serve facilities, physicians, ancillary service providers, and other health care professionals who provide covered services to AmeriHealth New Jersey members. Under this new model, your Network Coordinator or Hospital/Ancillary Services Coordinator will now be called a Provider Partnership Associate. Although their title has changed, our dedicated Provider Partnership Associates will continue to work on your behalf to deliver the same level of outstanding service you have come to expect.

With this new service model, your Provider Partnership Associate is your external service representative and will work closely with internal AmeriHealth New Jersey associates to meet all of your organization's needs. Provider Partnership Associates will continue to be your contact for claims and set-up issues and conduct educational visits.

Note: Facilities, physicians, ancillary service providers, and other health care professionals who are owned or operate within the same organizational entity will have one assigned Provider Partnership Associate.
