We are pleased to announce that Virtua Health System has joined the AmeriHealth New Jersey Local Value Network as of January 1, 2016. Therefore, AmeriHealth New Jersey members who utilize the Local Value Network can visit any Virtua Health System hospital, facility, or physician on an in-network basis. These members will have access to Virtua Health System's three acute care hospitals, hundreds of physicians, and diverse health care services.

In addition to joining the Local Value Network, Virtua Health System is now a Tier 1 provider in the AmeriHealth New Jersey Tier 1 Advantage Plan, which enables members covered under a Tier 1 Advantage plan to visit any Virtua hospital and receive an enhanced member benefit.

To find an in-network provider for an AmeriHealth New Jersey member, use the up-to-date online provider directory. Select Find a Doctor, and then enter a location and choose the appropriate plan from the Plans drop-down menu.
