In January 2016, the AmeriHealth Administrators office locations in Horsham, PA, and Fort Washington, PA, will relocate to Philadelphia, PA. The new office will be located at:

• 1900 Market Street, Suite 500
• Philadelphia, PA 19103

The move is strategically planned so that there is limited disruption to service. The first day of business in the new office space is scheduled for Monday, January 11, 2016.

Important contact information

The current mailing address, phone number, payer ID for Electronic Data Interchange services, and email addresses will remain the same.

The AmeriHealth Administrators website was recently redesigned, and the Providers page continues to give access to the NaviNet^® web portal, InstaMed, iEXCHANGE^®, Electronic Data Interchange services (Note: Payer ID will remain the same), Secure Document submission, forms, prescription drug formularies, and additional contact information.
