AmeriHealth has updated the durable medical equipment (DME) and prosthetics
and orthotics (P&O) fee schedule effective for dates of service on or after
January 1, 2018. The following seven codes were added:
- E0953
- E0954
- L3761
- L7700
- L8625
- L8691
- Q0477
Note: Coverage for all DME/P&O items is determined by the member's
benefit program and eligibility.
New Jersey-based providers can request a copy of the complete fee schedule
by contacting their Provider Partnership Associate through the Provider Partnership Associate Tool.
Pennsylvania-based providers can request a copy of the complete fee schedule by
completing the Provider Contract or Provider
Fee/Rate Schedule Request form.
