For general CFID audit questions, please send a detailed inquiry to ahproviderauditinquiries@ amerihealth.com. For all other claim questions, please use self-service options on the NaviNet^® web portal. Detailed user guides and webinars for many NaviNet transactions are available in the NaviNet Resources section.
