An updated Quality Performance Measure (QPM) score program manual for
measurement year 2013 is now available on the NaviNet? web portal for providers
in Delaware. The manual provides an overview of the QPM program and describes
in detail each performance measure that is evaluated.
The QPM score program uses performance measures based on the Healthcare
Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS?), a well-established and tested
set of performance measures. It is designed to support you in your efforts to
ensure that members receive important preventive and acute-care services and to
help you identify those members who have not yet received these services.
