February 14, 2017, is the deadline for your electronic SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) Progress Note submissionsfor the ePASS^® incentive program for 2016. The eligible dates of service for this program are January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016. Also please note that, in accordance with the October 5, 2016, notice concerning the incentive changes that went into effect on November 1, 2016, the incentive payment will be limited to one electronic SOAP Progress Note submission per practice for each eligible AmeriHealth New Jersey commercial member, per calendar year.
