​​Welcome to the redesigned and updated Provider News Center for AmeriHealth! Based on data analysis and provider feedback, we rebuilt this site to make it faster and easier for everyone in our provider community to find the news they need.

In addition to finding stories on the home page, you can:

• Search globally using key words (top right corner) or for a specific article (see search box under Select Your Job Role).
• Filter articles by publish date or by your general job role: administration, billing, or clinical care.
• Discover articles under key topics at the top: Policies and Regulations, Products, Claims & Billing, and Programs.
• Choose additional tags to find updates on medical policy, pharmacy, quality management, submitting claims, reimbursement, and contracting, among other tags.

The home page is designed to feature the most important stories at the top, with key information on the right: updates about our platform transition, PEAR provider portal, and COVID-19 Center. It also includes a quick reference to contact information.

You can also find routine materials at the top under Resources, such as policy manuals, forms, user guides & pages, videos, and FAQs.

You can choose to receive all articles posted the previous week, or you can filter by one or more job roles. You can also manage your subscription by changing your choices or unsubscribing at any time.

Easily print or share articles – and offer your feedback

Each article page includes a print option and a share button, so you can easily email a particular article to other members of your team. When available, we will post related stories on the right, along with additional resources (providing direct links to our web-based policy site, for example, on articles related to a specific policy update).

We also welcome your feedback at the bottom of each article.

Ultimately, our goal is to make it as easy as possible to provide you – quickly and effortlessly – with the news you need from AmeriHealth.
