AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. and AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey have updated the following fee schedules, effective April 1, 2024, that are now available to view on PEAR, our provider portal:
- Outpatient Hospital
- Home Infusion
- Direct Ship
All fee schedules can be found on the PEAR portal using the PEAR Practice Management (PEAR PM) application. From there, use the Reference icon (book) and select Generic Fee Schedule. Visit this page to enroll in PEAR or to obtain more information.
