AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. and AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey have updated several fee schedules effective January 1, 2024, that are now available to view on our PEAR provider portal:
- Outpatient Hospital
- Home Infusion
- Direct Ship
- Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC)
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME)*
- Prevailing Standard Professional Injectable and Vaccine
All fee schedules can be found on the PEAR portal using the PEAR Practice Management (PEAR PM) application. Visit this page to enroll in PEAR or to obtain more information.
