AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. and AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey (collectively, AmeriHealth) and AmeriHealth Administrators regularly update medical policies, with updates shared through our Provider News Center.
Because policies may change over time, links in older news articles may expire or may not reflect the most current version.
Before relying on a policy, use the Medical and Claim Payment Policy Portal to confirm you are viewing the latest version. Here are three ways to find current policy information:
- Browse Policy Bulletins to view Commercial and Medicare Advantage policy updates.
- Use the search bar to search by policy name, policy number, or keyword.
- Enter a policy name (e.g., Compression Garments), policy number (e.g., 05.00.37 or MA05.045), or keyword (e.g., Compression).
- Review Policy History to see specific updates or changes to a policy.
- Select the policy name and scroll to the Policy History section.
Bookmark the portal and check it regularly to help ensure you have access to the most current medical policy information.
