Coming this summer, behavioral health providers will need to begin submitting authorization requests through PEAR Practice Management.
If your Behavioral Health organization is not yet enabled for the PEAR portal, please register at PEAR portal and select Register My Organization. You can also learn more about PEAR here.
Reminder: Submitting authorizations via PEAR Practice Management is part of the self-service requirements for all participating providers, facilities, and third-party organizations that support our provider organizations. If you call to initiate a precertification and you are PEAR-enabled, you will be redirected to submit your request via PEAR Practice Management.
