AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. and AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey (collectively, AmeriHealth New Jersey) and AmeriHealth HMO, Inc. (AmeriHealth Pennsylvania) provide free language assistance services for our members who speak a language other than English. Your AmeriHealth patients (or their friends or family members) can call the Customer Service number on the back of their member ID card to speak with a representative in their language. Members may also call for access to:
- plan documents in large print, braille, or other languages
- sign language interpreters with video conferencing
- audio recordings
- free telephone relay services via TTY/TDD: 711
Our members are diverse.
