AmeriHealth HMO, Inc., AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey, and AmeriHealth Administrators have expanded their coverage of the pneumococcal 15-valent conjugate vaccine for Commercial members.
Effective June 22, 2022, VaxneuvanceTM, a pneumococcal 15-valent conjugate vaccine, is considered medically necessary and, therefore, covered for individuals 6 weeks of age and older.
