We've made changes to the License Agreement for the Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal.

• We've updated the Organization Signatory and Licensee Responsibilities to include a notification requirement for inactive employees or independent contractors.
• We've included language allowing us to amend the License Agreement to ensure compliance with law.
• We've added language to ensure that the License Agreement is signed by a duly authorized representative of the Licensee.

Starting December 23, 2022, we will prompt all Organization Administrators to review and accept this new License Agreement as well as the Terms and Conditions upon their next login to PEAR. Note: Organization Administrators for third-party organizations are exempt from this action.
