​Effective August 29, 2022, AmeriHealth HMO, Inc., AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey, and AmeriHealth Administrators have updated their medical policy on home health care services for Commercial members.

The following billing requirement has been added to the policy:

• Modifier CO and CQ must be used to report services performed by an occupational therapy assistant or physical therapy assistant.
