A new Medical Policy on psychiatric collaborative management (CoCM) will go into effect May 30, 2022, for all AmeriHealth members. This policy has been created to communicate reimbursement for psychiatric collaborative care services managed through a team approach, which typically includes a primary care provider, behavioral health care manager, and psychiatric consultant.
