The Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal provides a single sign on that allows our participating providers* to access information for patients who are members of Independence Blue Cross, Independence Administrators, AmeriHealth Pennsylvania, AmeriHealth New Jersey, AmeriHealth Administrators, including:
  • PEAR Practice Management (replaced the NaviNet® web portal as of July 1, 2021)
  • PEAR Comprehensive Visit (replacing ePASS®)
  • PEAR Analytics & Reporting (formerly IndexPro™​) ​

  Has your organization registered for the PEAR portal?​
  If you're not enrolled:​​ ​
  1. Enroll your organization at the Tax ID level 
    and designate up to two Organization Administrators by following the steps in the How to Enroll in the PEAR portal User Guide​. Learn more about registration here​.
  2. Use the PEAR Go-Live Lookup tool below to check y​our ​​launch date for each application.

  ​​​​​If you are enrolled:​
  1. Ensure your Organization Administrators 
    are correct. If you need to change your Organization Administrator, please complete and submit a PEAR portal inquiry form.
  2. Continue provisioning Location Administrators 
    ​and End Users as needed through the Provider Administration Tool​.​

Enter you organization's Tax ID into the search field to access go-live dates for the various PEAR portal applications​​.

Be sure your organization h​as successfully enrolled and all End Users have been provisioned access at least one month prior to your PEAR CV go-live date, if applicable.​​​​
